Whisk with a hand blender or stand mixer until the mixture is stiff and almost white in color
Serve as is or freeze for a delicious frozen custard experience
Notes
Choose either the honey or keto sweeteners. Although you can probably get away with the honey even if you're on a ketogenic diet if you just stick to one serving, since the carb count for just one serving is about 5g net carbs.
