- 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit berries, pineapple, mango, etc.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 avocado
- 25 g whey protein concentrate
- 10 g collagen peptides
- 1½ cups orange juice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pine Colada Version
- Replace fruit with frozen pineapple
- Replace orange juice with pineapple juice
- Replace milk with coconut milk
- Replace avocado with coconut flakes, coconut butter, or coconut cream
- Blend as above
