Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit berries, pineapple, mango, etc.
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 25 g whey protein concentrate
  • 10 g collagen peptides
  • cups orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Notes

Pine Colada Version

  • Replace fruit with frozen pineapple
  • Replace orange juice with pineapple juice
  • Replace milk with coconut milk
  • Replace avocado with coconut flakes, coconut butter, or coconut cream
  • Blend as above
