- ⅓ cup uncooked white jasmine rice
- ⅔ cup water
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ⅓ cup diced carrots
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 4.5 oz raw chicken breast
- 1 tsp high oleic sunflower oil
- 2.5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- ½ avocado
- sea salt to taste
Rice
Rinse rice.
Bring salted water to a boil.
Add rice, reduce to a simmer, and cook covered for 12–15 minutes.
Ideally, turn off heat and allow rice to sit for 5-10 minuted before fluffing and serving.
Assemble
